Cancel and Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

Customer has to inform about the cancellation of the product before the order has been shipped. There won’t be any cancellation if the product is shipped. Usually it would take 4 – 5 hours to ship your product after payment has been confirmed. You can Email us about the order cancellation at [email protected]

If any unexpected shortage of inventory or any other Inventory issues, We FactoryForward may not be able to ship the product, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded. Otherwise, the Buyer can also request to choose any other product available in the Website for the same cost.

Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “On Hold” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Factory Forward reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Only defective/damaged products shipped from us will be accepted for returns/refunds.
  • Customer needs to raise an alert with us within 5 Days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
  • If you happen to receive such an item, please let us know at Email: [email protected] along with a picture or video to explain what kind of problem you are facing. Because there may be incompatible libraries or technical mistake leads to not working. Our team contact you and provide you technical assistance. You can also refer our blog on how to use the products.
  • The customer has to send the product to FactoryForward & Shipment cost should be taken care by the customer initially.
  • Once we received the product it will be tested by our team. If the returned product is physically damaged, burnt by reverse polarity, short circuit or different from the shipped product then it is not eligible for replacement.
  • If we found it faulty, then we will send you a replacement (along with the shipping charges paid by you. It is capped up to Rs.75/-)
  • If the product is working, we will reship it back to you, in which the return shipping charges won’t be paid back to you.
  • If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.

Refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days after completion of the cancellation process. Notification will be sent by email. The amount will be refunded in the same account which was originally used for payment. The amount gets reflected in the Bank Account within 20 working days. Please note that refunds are processed by respective banks and payment gateway. Their time frame may vary as per their policies.
