Cancel and Return Policy
Customer has to inform about the cancellation of the product before the order has been shipped. There won’t be any cancellation if the product is shipped. Usually it would take 4 – 5 hours to ship your product after payment has been conformed.
After the confirmation of order, If any unexpected shortage of inventory or any other Inventory issues We FactoryForward may not be able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded. The Buyer can also request to Buy any other product avaliable in the Website.
Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
Customer need to raise an alert with us within 5 Days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return. If you happen to receive such an item, please let us know at email@example.com. The customer has to send the product to FactoryForward within 5 Working days.
FactoryForward retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification FactoryForward will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
In case product is defective or damaged then the FactoryForward team will replace and reship the product within 7 working days to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped within 7 working days to the shipping address of the order.
Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
Refund will be initated within 3-5 business days after completion of cancellation process. Notification will be sent by email. Amount will be refunded in the same account which was originally used for payment. The amount gets reflected into the Bank Account within 20 working days. Please note that refunds are processed by respective banks and payment gateway. Their time frame may vary as per their policies.
